I replaced my engine in August, and while I was doing it I replaced all of the vacuum lines as well. I've been breaking it in since then and just hit secondary boost for the first couple times this past week. I noticed that after the secondary turbo has been activated, my idle is high (about 1,500 rpm). If I shut the car down and start it up again the problem seems to go away until the second turbo comes online again. I'm guessing that I put a check valve in backwards or something stupid, so any advice about where to look would be appreciated.
