high and bouncing idle after vacuum hose job

hi guys i just did the vacuum hose job and got my injectors cleaned. well i put everything back together and the car started right up but now its idling from 1500-2000rpms. i called Cam from Pettit Racing ( Great/ helpful guy!!!) and he said its the pvc valve so im thinking about ordering one of those. but does anyone have any other idea what it might be?

Most likely a vacuum leak between the throttle body and engine. Any air leak (vacuum line off, a gasket not in place) can cause the problem.

Check some simple things first:

* Make sure the TPS is connected
* Make sure the ISC is connected
* Make sure the MAP sensor is connected and the filter is in place
* Make sure you have the ground wires on the rear of the UIM secure
