Hi, I'm new user !!!!

Hello at all, I present myself: I have been Jeff, happy owner for 3 years of Mazda RX7 FD RZ of 1994, twin-turbo engine. I live in France and I try to too badly speak not English thus apologize me for the errors. here a photograph of my beautiful....

I don't know if I'm in the right post...???? I don't find where I have to go for a presentation....

need your assistance, today my RX7 does not function more correctly and nobody in France is able to find the breakdown. In fact, as soon as I full accelerate (WOT) the engine cuts off the supply (gasoline or lighting???). But the 4000 rpmit passes is good. By disconnecting the pipe of air inlet compressed Pb is not posed. I do not have a code error, the boost sensor is ok. Ultimately I cannot full accelerate before 4000 rpm, as soon as I exceed 0,2 bar there is a cut!!!!

What do you think about it ??????

Jeff, welcome to the forum. You may want to read this thread for some background information:

Are you having a problem before or after 4000 RPM?

thanks for your welcome.....

Troubleshooting are before 4000 RPM. I have checked all vacuum hoses and replace a lot of them with new ones.
I have installed on my car a new ported engine from hurley engeneering UK .... I've got a PF'S piggy back but I unplugged it. There is many performance parts but to foud the problem I configured my car in his stock version.... juste a blitz intake and HKS full exhaust.

It's souds like a ecu fuel cut but I'm not sure. Boost sensor is new, crank angle sensors too, 02 sensor too .... I don't know ????

Thanks for the european section....

Pugg57 your french is not so bad ....

alright, i'm not even going to attempt this is French...

you may want to reconnect the piggy-back ECU because the stock ECU may be having a problem controlling the fuel system with the ported engine. have you tried that yet?

I tried with and without the PF's pink piggy back = same problem.
It's like boost sensor detect too high boost pressure and ask ECU to cut off the ignition or fuel injection , BUT sensor boost is okay !!!

When I turn in atmospheric mode (without boost by disconnecting boost pipes before upper intake manifold) = no problem... acceleration is regular and there is no cut.

do you have that issue at really low RPMs like... idle-2500 or is it just 2500-4000? is it possible that your primary wastegate is malfunctioning? at WOT maybe you are building too high of boost before the transition point so you are hitting fuel cut. after transition, the secondary wastegate could be compensating for the malfunctioning primary which would explain why you can go WOT after 4000rpm.

just a thought.

The problem appear when I fully accelerate (WOT) till the idle speed to 4000 RPM.
I must'nt press the accelerator over 3 PSI of boost. Since the engine is approximately 4000 RPM : I can WOT !!!

well, i'm completely stumped... its always a possiblity that the ECU is just f*ed up... but i can't think of anything else. i'm very sorry and i hope you get it figured out soon.
