Even tho I don't own an FD anymore, I came upon this site & was doing a lil' browsing last night.

Anyone on here from 5-6 yrs ago or further back?

I owned a black '94 R2 from new until 6/00 ... still great cars, but thinking/contemplating of getting back with the RX8 (too bad the car looks too feminine).

They need a juiced up version of the RX8 for more ppl. to be interested in 'em.

 

The forum was "reset" somehow a couple years ago, so the oldest member here now has a join date of 2-14-01. But look through the last few pages of this and see if you recognize anyone.

Ahh.. thanks for the info.
I did see several ppl I recognized from before.
But I also saw that many ppl have since, sold or moved on from the FD's.

We used to have a crew of FD & Supra owners and slowly but surely, most of 'em have sold theirs and gotten into sports sedans. There are still 2 guys w/ their FD's though.

 

There are several still wandering through the forums. Although most keep to themselves after having been asked too many times how reliable RX-7's are.

lol, I joined in august of 01 and got my 7 in january of 03. You sure as hell have the right to be here before. In fact, I encourage it. The more you learn before you buy one, the better your chances of not buying the wrong one, or wrecking a good one when you do get it.
