Hey new to forum

hello everybody,

just thought i would make myself known as i've just joined the group
also need you advice please guys i got £7k budget for getting my 1st rx7 finally got the money together and well chuffed can't wasit to finally own one.
however i'm not sure what to look out for its taken me ages to save up so don't want to buy a duff car. i'm not going to use the car everyday its just going to be my toy.

i'v found this http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/612094.htm after calling the guy he says the clutch slips a little at high revs.

does anybody know how much this will cost to fix and if its a sign that something more could be wrong

would really appreciate your help

That's a lot of car for the money.

However, if it took you ages to save £7k I'm not sure this car (or an RX-7) is a good choice. What are you going to do if you need a £3-4k engine rebuild? A 10-year-old 500whp+ FD is probably not going to be cheap to maintain either.
