send your starter to get rebuild or just buy a good used one.

buy used one from the forum. auto starters go for around $35-40 in the third gen section

take it to a shop that specializes in rebuilding them. the autozone etc rebuilt starters won't last long. you could also get a mazda reman starter but that'll be over $200 i'm sure
