Help with wiper harness

I have a 93 and don't have the windshield wiper harness. It was removed by the previous owner. What's the best option to getting this fixed? Find a harness or make my own?

It's gone from under the dash to the wiper motor. I have the plug that plugs into the motor with 6 inches or wire on it.

oh.... man, thats rough. youre gonna have to wire it up from scratch if thats the case. the wiring manual is going to be your guide on this if you know how to read it. worst case, wire it to a 3 or 4 position switch for the various speeds and bypass the stalk. or just wire it to an on/off switch. you have a couple options and all of them suck........... sorry =[

That comes off the main front harness, depending on how crazy the previous owner got the cut wires may still be in there somewhere, possibly under the fender. But that isn't going to be fun unfortunately.
