Arrow HELP!! Why won't my fans turn off?

Aaaahhh!!! Got a hose job done, but I got an automatic fan mod.
I mean, they didn't do it, but I"m not sure whether its a glitch in the ecu or what. When I got my car back, as soon as I switch key to on, fans turn on, even when engine is cold. THe fans are on the whole time the motor is running. I guess its not a bad thing, keeping the motor cool and all, but I'd like to know whats going on. And sometimes after a harder drive, fans remain on for 10 minutes. Coolant and temp. gauge all read normal.....anyone have similar experience?

yeah, its actully not a problem, but I"m just afraid that it will lead to other problems. I don't know whether its a thermostat thing, ecu or whats causing it to do this. anyone have similar "good" problems like this?

don't worry about it. Leave it alone.

It will cause you absolutely no problems.

I have my fans on a switch to do the same thing. If i switch them on 2 minutes before turning off the car they'll stay on for 10 minutes.

don't worry about it.

my coolant temperatures are 89 C day and night. always cold

when my car is off without the fan it goes up to 100. when my car is off with the fan on, it stays below 95.

Thanks for the reply Ahn. I'm just trying to figure out why my car suddenly decided to do this after a hose job. I thought the fans were only supposed to remain on for 10 minutes after you switch the car off when the motor is way above normal temps. I'll leave it alone for now.
