Help w/ pricing

About to buy an FD tomorrow, but am still having qualms about it. Am I paying too much? A simple 'yes' or 'no' would help a lot! Thanks!

11K
'94, 60,000 miles, blown motor, well thought out reliability & performance mods, no body damage.
Oh yea, & I really REALLY like it.

is it a 5sp or auto car? if its an auto car your definately paying too much. If its a 5 spd car and in really good condition other than the blown motor, then it MAY be worth it. I personally wouldnt pay 11k for a car with a blown motor. I think for a near stock good condition 5spd 93-95 rx7 with about 60k miles, the going rate is probably around 15k give or take 2k. If you dont have 5k laying around after the purchase, then i do not suggest picking this car up.

The body would have to be absolutely positively pristine and immaculate maintenance records. In other words, *only* a motor with bad coolant seals away from perfection.

Since that's unlikely, I would think more like $8k. The bill for a blown motor can add up too fast.
