Help w/ O2 sensor replacement

I already know that my O2 sensor is bad. I went to AutoZone to get a new one. The OEM costs $180, but the Bosch universal costs $18. The universal is a one wire, but when I got under my car, I discovered that I have a 3-wire. Is there any way to adapt the 1-wire to the 3-wire, or am I going to have to spit out the $180? Thanks.

3 wire is not stock. I suggest you do a little more research before forking the $180.
