Ok i put in new turbos, and did a tune-up, and now when I start the car it idles at 2K rpm!, when I throttle it the throttle seems to stick so the engine will just stay at whatever rpm I shifted in! When I tried WOT, it would shoot towards the redline untill i put it in gear!!!

Check your throttle cable/linkage. You probably kinked the cable or bent something while installing the turbos.

 

the throttle cable is loose... there is play in it...
Im being told to check and see if the throttle body is sticking... ill check ASAP!

any other ideas guys?

 

Check the idle adjustment screw to see if it is holding the throttle open a little.

Check the Idle motor , clean it!!!
if you put 1st then realease the cluth slowly , the rpms stay in 1200? or less?
Doble check that, is very easy to take it off but take care of the gasket.
