Unhappy HELP: Settings for a SAFC Digital controller

Just purchased a SAFC Digitial controller for my 93 rx7 with the following modes. New street ported 2 apex seal motor, rebuilt factory turbos, blueprinted stock injectors, down pipe, cat back, silicone hoses, aluminum radiator.
The instructions are not laymen friendly. Where do I start my settings and which ones do I adjust for max. performance? Please be specific.
I have been briefed on the 3 mod rule and wish to continue modify the car. Start with the least expensive and work up from there. Please be manufactor specific, keeping in mind this is a daily driver and I am not loaded. I know, picked the wrong car to play with didn't I? Looking for the most bang for buck.
What is the best way to decrease under hood temps?

Your help is sincerely appriciated.

Is that you, Bruce? You may find some info in this thread:

Best bet may be to put it on the dyno for an hour or two. Call Ryan at RV Power 417-272-3070. They've got a Mustang Dyno w/ wideband and he'd be able to help you with tuning the car.
