When i launch the car and when i shift into second the 2nd turbo doesn't come on and it makes a weird whooshing sound

 

How much boost are you getting on the 1st turbo

 

If you havent fixed it yet you might want look behinf the two boost solinods on the front front of the intake manifold near the vacum chamber for a vacum hose off the one that usally comes of is at like a 45 degree angle Had that happen to back in august. hope thats it.

 

i have the pfc and the first turbs is at 8.00mm
is the turbo solenoid located under the triangular squarish black box that is in front of the manifold.So it is a vacuum line

 

check your Y-pipe bolts. I think there are four of them. Mine were loose and I thought I had a bad turbo. So I went single turbo, any excuse works for me
