help a second hand turbo

I just buy a secondhand turbo from japan but due to delivery .my turbo have one screw break it.please see photo.any help?and also when i remove the old one and bolt it on .may I need add some oil to the turbo?

You can pull both studs and then just use bolts to attach the turbo elbow.

those studs will just unscrew from the turbo housing. Getting the old one out of your turbos may be tricky though.

your easiest option i think (if you dont know how to get broken studs out) is to remove the turbos and either fit new ones and sell the old ones, or take the old ones somewhere to get the old stud taken out.
