Help with Repairs PLEASE

My FD has a small oil leak having to do with the oil pan gasket which i have been told is a common problem, also when i let the car idle there is a very strong smell of burning gas. i have a greddy exhaust and apexi intake, would any of those contribute? Also some cosmetic problems i have are having to do with my headlights, my left headlight seems loose and sits about an inch lower than my right headlight so when i trun them on the light from the left is half of the light from the right, is there a way to fix this maybe by tightening a bolt having to do with the light? Thanks

Gotham Racing isn't far from you, they are in Fort Worth. Call them at 817 788 8726.

Btw, I got pulled over in my FD for excessive speeding in plano many many years ago.....got off with a verbal warning b/c the cop was diggin' my car

You'll have to remove the cover and poke around. There is a nut/bolt assembly towards the rear of the light housing that can come loose. if the nut is missing then that is your problem. You may have to get it from mazda as I think it's some propietary locknut, but you can try conventional hardware first.

Gotham Racing is about 50 miles from Plano.

Same here...few yr back I light up rear tires of my superchared 302 cid cobra at a intersection not knowing Mr. Plano PD was couple car behind me. I pulled over, got out with my paper, he looked, knod a few times and cruise off.

What a break!!!

Plano cops are very strict.
