Where are you actually checking the fluid? Is your coolant level sensor wire hooked up correctly?

Yes the coolant sensor is hooked up correctly (checking fluid at the cap). Maybe the sensor is just dead???

yeah check the sensor... the manual should tell you how to test it to see if it's bad....

I've noticed though that the FD coolant system is tricky.... because I just replaced my radiator for a koyo and when I came to a stop today the light/buzzer from hell came on... and I let it cool and popped the cap... it was fulll..... it depends on where the air is trapped and how it affects where the coolant rests it can play tricks on you.

Also check the seals on your filler tank and ast caps. If they're bad they will leak and let air into the system.

check ur hoses... if anything's rubbing and letting out even the slightest bit of pressure... you'll get that.
