HELP PLEASE..bad idle problems, need tech advice

I was just wondering if anyone had some advice on what might be causing my bad idle. I was driving my car one night a couple weeks ago in the cold weather and i was going through a turn and stepped on it about 3/4 throttle then i felt a slight stutter and heard it in the exhaust. As I got to the stop sign the car starting idling really bad and felt like it wanted to stall.
The first thing I checked was to see if the vacuum line was off the map sensor or intake manifold and it wasnt. I checked the ecu for error codes and it's displaying 13 for the pressure sensor. Could this be something else other than the map sensor? I recently replace the MAP sensor and still have the lumpy idle. The boost is fluctuating during the lumpy idle. Could this mean a vacuum leak somwhere else?
Also, I went to start my car a week later and it wouldnt start, my battery voltage was low so I bought a new battery and no luck. I pulled the spark plugs and they were soaked. So I unflooded the engine and got new plugs and it starts now but still has the bad idle.
I don't think it's my apex seals because when I unflooded the engine and was turning it over with the spark plugs out there was the solid ch-ch-ch sound as the motor was turning.
Please if anyone has any suggestions of anything I could try or what it might be it would be greatly appreciated. I could be wrong about the apex seals, and that might be what's causing it but of course I'm in denial like any other rx-7 owner. The only things I can really think of that it might be and have heard from others as since it happened while I was driviing and no symptoms before hand, an apex seal, vacuum line, or maybe lower intake manifold gasket cracked.

Cold night and it doesn't take a full throttle run to create or build boost beyond the 10 psi of stock. Do you know what your boost pressure topped out at ? ? ?

compression test! download the FSM and troubleshoot it.

How much gas did you have in the tank and what direction did you turn when you gave it throttle?

I had about half way between 1/4 and 1/2, I dont remember exactly, and it's hard to say because it was a curvy road but I'm pretty sure it was a curve to the left.

i haven't really driven the car because it has been idling so bad..but I just changed the fuel pump and fuel filter a couple thousand miles ago so I don't think that's what would be causing it...it starts fine it just idles bad. I'm curious to why it flooded too, I've heard that a bad enough vacuum leak can cause it, or if the apex seal is bad the low compression can cause the bad idling and also cause not all of the fuel to combust, or maybe when the car was idling bad once I didn't give the car long enough to warm up and shut it off to soon and caused it to flood without realizing it.

a hard left with very little gas will not let you get any fuel to the engine...
