Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so i just got my car to germany from the states. when i picked it up from the port it wouldnt start. i had been having issues with the ignitor harness while it was in the states. so the first thing i did was rewire the harness and change the plugs. the car started fine and i was super excited to have my baby running. so as i pulled out for my first ride i noticed that as soon as my vac reached zero just as i reached boost it began to to back fire like a machine gun. it does this every time i start coming into boost no matter how fast or slow i rev the engine it does this. it also bogs bad on the low end when i start going up hill. i found a post on here that suggested it might be the map so i unplugged it and the car died so i ruled that out. also it fouling plugs extremely fast. just bought a set of brand new plugs 2 days ago and they were flooded out and had a lot of build up on them.
any suggestions? ive looked everywhere online for help and the people at auto skills here on base know nothing about rotary engines. i really need my boost back please help.

my mods are:
PFS SMIC
Unknown 3" inch down pipe
MagnaFlow high flow cat
Greddy cat back
Apexi PFC

My first guess would have been the MAP sensor.
Hows the PFC map? Hows the gas compare over there with what we have in the States?

The gas here is 93 octane but the issue was there with the gas that was in there from the states. The map is the factory map from apexi. I just got my wideband today so I'll try to hook it it up tomorrow and see where my fuel is but. Is there anything else it could be so I can check that while I'm under the hood with the wideband
