Help with overheating problem

Just seeing if anyone else has gone thru this problem before or might have an idea.

FD overheats, No external leak and no internal leak. If I let it idle for 15 min or so itll start to overheat. If I drive it for about 5 min it starts to overheat. Both upper and lower radiator hoses get hot. When I check it with a Temp gun it reads around 170F with the lower hose being a bit lower then that. Cooling fans kick on but does not blow hot air. With the temp gun the center of the radiator shows about 80F.

Car has a Mazda reman with about 10k on it, and a new Koyo radiator with 10k. Only thing I can think of is a clog in the system. any ideas? Thanks

I would check to see if water pump and or thermostat is functioning. Starting when cool and using the lyle funnel see if the water starts to circulate when the temperature gets to what is it 195 degrees? for the thermostat to open. You can also then first rule out the thermostat by checking that then perhap the pump. Look close at the pump for the weep hole and check there, mine went out but never saw the leak, was found when engine was pulled and pump could be inspected better.
