Help with no spark to the trailing coils

Ok guys I have no spark to my trailing coils and my car runs like ****, its a 1993 rx7 that is basically stock except for turbo timer and apexi boost controller. It died a few weeks ago and found the ecu had blown, replaced the ecu and it now starts but no spark. I have checked to see if any spark comes from the trailing coils and there is none. I have replaced both trailing coils, checked the igniter on another car, changed spark plugs/wires, tested the entire engine wiring harness and the wires between the crank sensor triggers (?) to the ecu and they were good. Im stumped at whats wrong. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks in advance
