ok first of all i got my car and it was boosting about .4 bar on the first turbo and .25 bar on the 2nd. It alrdy had a dp, and after adding a hfcat and exhaust, both 3", im still only boosting about .45 - 1st, .5 - 2nd when i do the mazda boost test. What else could be causing this? help me plz. i wnat my car to be atleast running stock max boost.

You have a boost leak. Check your hoses, couplers, vacuum lines, for leaks. The most obvious cause is the couplers for the intercooler pipes. Actually take them off and carefully search for splits.

Do you hear air venting when driving the car?

 

ill have to listen more carefully next time to overcome my exhaust.

 

check your solenoids as well..
you wont generate good secondary boost until you exceed 7psi on the primaries..

 

rubber front turbo intake elbo weak and collapsing. buy new one or reinforce with internal coil as done on some radiator hoses
