Exclamation HELP - In the middle of vacuum hose job

I am in the middle of replacing the vacuum hoses on my 94 FD and I discovered what appears to be a minor oil leak or is it the injector leaking? I have attached pics, has anyone ran into this before?

Your car is 15 years old. There are bound to be some "dirty" spots. If there is no puddling, or significant amount of oil, ignore it. Make sure the screws are tight, and move on.
