Help me prioritize my to do list
Help me prioritize my to do list
Hey guys
I have a few items on my FD build to do list and I need some help prioritizing them. The car runs and drives well now, but need a better tune and had a leaking transmission.
The jobs I still need to get done on the car are:
- Wheel alignment
- Fender rolling (some rubbing in back)
- Fuel system upgrade ( new FPR, primary rail/injectors, new hoses).
- Ignition system upgrade (IGN1A)
- Transmission leaking (need to open and reseal bellhousing)
- Dyno tune
How would you tackle these jobs, knowing the car still hasn't been fully put through its paces?
Thanks
T

i would break it into 3 groups.
1. fuel upgrade, ignition upgrade dyno.
2. roll fenders, and alignment
3. fix transmission.
you need to do the fuel and ignition upgrades before you dyno, but you can fix the trans and get it aligned whenever you have time...

Thanks guys!
I like the idea of grouping the work.
I think I'm going to do 2 -1 - 3 though. That way driving around to my buddy's garage and the dyno won't have me chewing up the tires needlessly.
