Help me identify these parts

Due to the lack of any real interest when selling my FD, I decided to do a full mid-life spruce up on my car including a full vacuum hose job, replacement of all the coolant and heater hoses, radiator upgrade, and FI servicing. My FI are finally coming back from RCEng today, so this weekend I intend to put the car back together. I do have 2 parts from under the UIM that I can't figure out where they came from. Can somebody please identify what these parts are and how to re-install them?

Pics are below, and thanks in advance.

The part on the left looks to be the phenolic spacer that goes between the primary injector rail and the block. It keeps down the heat transfer to the primary fuel rail and also spaces it properly so the injectors seal to the block correctly.

Not sure on the other one, though .

The item on the left is a spacer that goes between the primary fuel rail and the center housing. The item on the right is a bracket (attaches to the same bolts as those that hold the primary injector rail) that that holds down the rats nest.

#1 correct

#2 partially correct

The bracket is held down with one of the primary injector bolts but it does not hold down the rats nest, it holds down the engine wiring harness. You'll see a little plastic piece wrapped around the harness, it fits semi loosely under the bracket.
