Help me figure out this Clicking Noise

So i noticed yesterday that i am getting a clicking sound when driving. It was too late and dark out to check so this morning i checked it out and had someone drive the car as i walked/ ran next to it. Ended up coming from the front passenger side wheel.

I jacked up the car and spun the tire with no clicking. Everything looked to be in place when i checked under it. last things i did to it were the inner and outer tie rods 2 weeks ago.

i think i may have found the answer. after going back down their i was pulling and trying to move the tie rod, then i went to the sway bar and it moved a little. i checked both sides and noticed i was missing a nut on the driver side so it may have caused it to move.. i am going to go and but another nut to put on and make sure that was the cause
