Help! Low Speed Fan not working

My low speed fan does not work at all.
It skipped the low speed, when the car get hot, the middle and high speed work.

What to check? Fuse is okay...

check the fan relays. I think there is a site somewhere that helps you test the fans and the problems? not sure.

Anyone know where the site is?
I searched here in the forum about fan, but could not find it.

If I turn on parking light. It goes to medium speed right away. If I turn on AC, it goes to high speed.
Never low speed...

If you flick the fans do they start going? If so you have bad fan motors $300 a pop.

nope....
one of the fan motor is new...
its all working good on Mid and Hi Speed.
No problem cooling at mid and hi...but if heating up can be prevented early I guess its good right?

Is there a way to convert this 4 relays system into just one or two relays?
