But my headlights, turns, and brakes lights work . I checked the fuses and switched out the dimmer switch, and checked the bulbs. still no luck. have anyone ran into this problem. it driving me crazy!

If you look below/behind your ecu you will find a row of different coloured plugs attached to the main wiring harness, these are the link to the rear of your car etc and form a loop around the car for lights etc. Check they are all in the correct place and that all of them have plugs into them and the right colours. There is also a white plug attached to the engine loom that sits behind the firewall inside the car and up where you feed the engine loom into the car. try locating these plugs first and make sure they are all connected correctly. This is really the only thing I can see where you may have gone wrong.

TNS Relay in the front relay box. Take out your TNS Relay and pull your headlight motor relay, and put it in your TNS relay's spot. If your parking light, etc... work then your TNS relay is burnt out. It's a 5 pin 20amp Relay. Mine went out on me last week and my brother went to pick and pull and went into a 626 and grabbed a 20amp 5 pin relay from there and it worked. You don't have to get the exact same FD3S TNS relay. As long as it has the same amp and plug in pattern. Good luck. It's a easy fix. I had the same symtoms. My TNS relay was rusted out. I know because I opened it up!

BTW you can't find these relays at your local store. And the dealer's price will have you gasping for breath.
