HELP:leather seat fix?

I have a black leather passenger seat on an FD I am rebuilding, the seat had to have been mint when the car was in good shape, unfortunately I bought it before it hit the scrap heap and I am getting very close to finishing the job. When I got it there were tons of parts and plastic panels on the passenger seat and at the time I didnt realize what it was doing to the seat. The seat now that I have it clean has all these tiny little grooves and indents from the parts that were on it, the leather isnt ripped but it looks like crap with all those indents, anybody got any ideas on how to fix it????? If so anyhelp would be appreciated!

Sometimes, minor creases and indentations come out, at least part way, by themselves over time. A good leather conditioner may help things along. Sometimes it's also the foam underneath the leather which is also creased or squished. I've seen upholsterers use steam to reinflate the foam. I'd take it to a good auto upholstery shop and ask for their advice. It may never be perfect again, but there may be some things which can be done to reduce the damage, and of course there's always recovering.
