Hi guy's, today driving home from work my "new" FD ran really sick, I'll describe the problems as i've searched and found a couple of possible solutions, maybe someone can help me out..
As I'm driving home, stopped at an eternal red light, I noticed a rough falling high idle that fluctuated between 1200-1000, that seemed to drop on the occasional backfire. After falling below 1k, the backfires got bigger and more frequent, and each one seemed to drop the rev's about 200 rpm.. it was almost like each backifire choked the engine, and eventually stalled the thing. Upon restarting the engine, it seemed to bog and required adding gas to keep it going, and trying to cruise around 2500-3000 rpm in 2'nd and 3'rd, it bucked like crazy, all until a freeway jaunt seemed to clear things up, but now idles around 950-1050 rpm.. I think it may be the TPS, but not sure. Secondly, taking the car on the freeway, the turbo's did not seem to have the kick that they had, still 10-8-10 boost, but now turbos make a REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!/buzzing sound.. dunno how to describe it otherwise... I have no clue as to what that might be... Its my first turbo car, and I'm kinda paro about all the noises it makes! thanks for any and all help!

motor was compression tested 8.1/8.8/8.8 on one rotor, 9.1 on the other
exhaust consists of DP, stock cat, 3" exhaust
new battery
everything else stock

possible probs:
don't know how long the plugs have been in engine
engine @ 30k km
turbos @ 160km (100k miles)
