Help! Important question

Hi my name is... Crack-***-rx-7
Well here it goes. There are 2 actuators that somehow control the turbos. One controls the wastegate the other is pre turbo control. See pic.
Anyways. Mine don't move. The rods that is... they look all rusty and corroded and i tried to move each of the rods and they don't budge. My question is how important are they to the function of the turbos?
I seem to be getting boost, although i have no boost gauge.
Would this also mess with the idle? Cause I have a high idle.
I get no error codes and have no intake leaks. Another thing... When i press on the throttle the rpms do not stay steady. It fluctuates a good few hundred rpms.

Maybe its time to park it in a baad neighborhood...

Those rods require a considerable amount of force to move. Are you sure that you're putting enough force on them? A better way to test them would be to hook up a regulated air source and apply about 10 psi to them and see if they move.

Start the car, let it warm up then have someone else kill it while you are watching those rods. Then have the other person do a KOKO (key on, key off) 6 times and make sure they move everytime.
