help identifying connector

I'm reassembling my rebuilt, and after passing the harness back through the firewall, I was left with a connector down by the ecu that I don't remember disconnecting when I pulled everything apart. I dug through the foot well and couldn't find a matching connector. Sorry for the crappy picture quality, the wire colors are black with a yellow stripe, and a spade style connector.

Tia!

if i remember correctly there is one extra connector near the ECU that you have to plug in and a ground. That connector isn't part of my main harness

thanks for the info guys... not sure if I completely understand, but from the sound of it, it *may* not be connected to anything? I have connected all the rest of the connections that came through the firewall, including the ground lug (that attaches to one of the ECU bolts to the chassis).

That connector, I believe, is part of the cooling fan factory recall modification. If you look behind the ECM and see a little black box and a harness spliced between the factory harness' then that is the fan test connector. If you ground it the fans will come on and if I remember you hold the ground for ten seconds the fans will run for ten minutes.....

Yep, it's part of the fan recall harness. Read my thread on fan control for reasons why you should pull that crap out .
