Help Identify this sound - Movie inside

Recently a sound started usually only after just starting the car, I would drive up the road about 100m then the sound would start (at first it seemed like a slipping belt, squealing sound).

A few times after that it would happen at random times. Last night it got worse, still on and off but much more metallic sound and seems to be originating from the rear right of the engine, is it a turbo failing? It can occur: in or out of gear, at idle and at load.

Any ideas would be great, thanks.

My guess is that your wastegate rod might be loose. If that's the case, your wastegate flapper door will be flapping around. You can jack up your car and take a look. You can see the wastegate rods in the thread below.

Do this as a preliminary test for me. Loosen the tension pulley with a 10 mm socket wrench and remove the belt that goes to the power steering and a/c.

Start the engine up and let it run without that belt and let me know if the symptoms persist.
