Exclamation HELP I need your assistance!!!! Tech question

My 93 TT RX-7 has just undergone a full engine rebuild. My issue is this my Tachometer and my signal lights are not working. Is there something common between these parts?? Fuse ect?? I would appreciate any feed back or guesses as to how to resove this/these problem/s.

Check the connections, make sure theyre plugged in. If not go onto the fuse. Fuse good go check connection. If all this fails, measure conductivity and resistance at ecu and connections(tach and lights)
If this fails, find a mechanic stuff like this is not critical and anyone with car knowledge should be able to fix it.

Make sure all wiring harness grounds and engine grounds are tightened properly. Grounding has been an issue with 3rd generations since day one.
