You might have a clogged fuel filter or bad pump.

Open your Factory Workshop Manual and go to Section F. Do the dead head pressure test where you block off the return from the regulator then power the fuel pump for 5 seconds. Fuel pressure should shoot up to at least 70 psi (check worshop manual for exact minumum pressure) but with a healthy pump will be more like 110psi. After power to the pump power is removed watch the fuel press., it should not drop below 20 or 25 psi after 5 minutes (again verify these numbers with the manual)

Do a search for "low fuel pressure" or similar phrase, this problem was dicsussed in the last week or so.

Describe the path of the fuel as it flows through your system. Perhaps the issue is how it is plumbed.

The Aeromotive FPR is not rising-rate, it is 1:1. But yeah, why did you install the FPR in the first place?
