93 FD lights won't pop-up. When i hit the override switch they pop-up but wont go back down when i hit the switch again. They won't pop-up at all with the normal light switch. Checked relays already the checked good.

 

I had the same problem.
It was my headlight switch.

 

Check the switch by the guage cluster the one if you press it the healights pop up and stay up but the lights ar not on.

I had that problem after I pop my cluster out and forgot to plug it back in. did the same thing on my old 3000gt but instead of not going up they wouldn't go down after they came up.
