HELP!!!! fuse problem

just changed out the 99spec tail lights and really every thing was plug and play.
now i am having the parking/tail light fuse being blown out . what could be the issue???? I've already checked all the connections and the hazard and break and turn signal are functioning correctly. AHHH ****... thanks guys ....

Theres probably an open wire thats grounding itself out.

Ahhhh an open wire is the exact opposite of a shorted wire and an open wire will not blow a fuse. Now if your referring to a bare (or stripped/pinched) wire that would be considered a shorted wire grounding itself out.

Thats what i meant by open wire. The insulated covering is open/broke/ripped etc, thus revealing the actual wire. That wire is actually grounding itself out. Open wire, idk thats how i been saying it.
