Help with Fuel System

Hello,

I just got the CJ Motorsports fuel rail, injector (2x Siemens 550cc and 2x Bosch 1600cc) and FPR kit. The kit came with 3omh resisters. i have install everything and i am wanting to start hooking the wires up. Im running a Power FC. do i need to install the resisters. If so, how and where do i install them. i'm asking cuz i dont want to "F" it up. here is a picture.

Yep, install the resistors. Search on it, I'm sure this topic has been covered ad infinitum, also check the single turbo forum.

The gist of it is the resistor goes in-line with one of the injector wires, doesn't matter which. Each low impedance injector needs a resistor. If you run with no resistor, it might work for a while, but you run the risk of burning out the injector transistors in the PFC.

FWIW, a lot of the shops install the resistors close to the ECU so they are out of the engine bay (i.e. away from the heat).
