Help...Fender brake ducts, how to remove?

The brake ducts in my car (the one's with those little plastic screens in them in the front fenders) need to be taken off so as I can glue the screens back on. Does anybody know how those panals come off?

Those would actually be the oil-cooler duct outlets right? The openings between the front wheels and the doors.

sorry for creating one of those anoying posts that doesn't answer the question. I don't know how they come apart. I assume that you pull the wheel and fender liner to get at them, but that is just a guess.
