Help ECU Choice... What you guys running.

Well i'm about to start slapping my 13B-REW back together as soon as some final internal parts show up.
But in the mean time...
.
I need to see about upgrading the ECU and the engine harness for this 1999 FD of mine.
What say the hive mind about what you have in your RX-7's, this may sway my decision to one direction or another.

For a while it really only mattered what your tuner was most comfortable, now there are some smaller differentiators out there that may make one ECU vs another more suitable for your build but realistically they all can control your engine well these days. If your tuner can tune anything or understands these this is how I'd rank things:
Full disclosure I'm a dealer for all of these save Motec as I've got a very close relationship with my own local rep but here're the questions that I ask to decide on a brand:
Do you want a single box solution to simplify wiring? Haltech.
Do you want a plug-in ECU solution without adapter harnesses? Link.
Do you want transmission control integrated in the ECU? Maxx.
Do you want to play with interesting traction control and power delivery strategies and are doing some legitimate racing? Emtron.
Are you building for motorsport, can pay for real development, and want want the gold standard (even if you don't utilize it)? Motec.
There are also other things to consider such as fit and finish vs price etc, I'd say the tier goes like this: Motec, Emtron, Maxx, Haltech, Link.
That said they're all very good products in my opinion, they can all do what 99% of people asking this question want, and there are a few more than I'm not a dealer for/haven't done as much support on such as ECU Master (and I'm sure I'm forgetting others).

i'm running a Power FC with FC Tweak to tune it.
its plug and play, FC Tweak acts as a good tuner
the PFC turns out to have a lot of nice features, and if you're running a mild street car it works really well.
the downside is that its at least two boxes (Power FC and the FC Master), and if you have to buy it all new, its expensive
