HELP! double throttle control remove

While taking the manifold off , i broke the nipples on the double throttle control solenoid vavle. Now instead of doing a hose job, I went ahead and use the blockoff plates to remove that , now am I suppose to cap those nipples off on the solenoid vavle or leave them open, because I lost 10lbs of vaccum at idle.

remove the solenoid and remove the check valve that returns to the manifold and then cap the manifold

Don't bother putting a stopper on the solenoid. Just remove it and the hoses, and put a stopper where the hoses were attached to on the rack, and DON't forget to remove the doubble throttle valve.

But removing the solenoid MIGHT give you a CEL. It didn't on mine, but it DOES to some FDs. If it does, you can always get a resistor to full the ECU into thinking that you have the solenoid there.

Just remove and cap the lines from the solenoid. When the system fails the double throttle fails with the butterfly open, so your still alright. It takes vacuum to hold the butterfly closed.

Okay , but when I take off I had to push the gas to 2000 rpms and as I slowly let off the clutch it dropped drasticlly to almost dying. I had the car moving but it felt like it wasnt responding well. I got the car into 1st at 2000 rpms and floored it and it took a while to get to 4000. It was still boosting 7lbs with the profec at its min setting
