HELP car won't start

Well I drove to work today and everything was fine except the check engine light came on going down the highway but it went out again so I figured it was a o2 sensor or something simple. Well I just went to go to lunch and it won't start. I tries giving it some gas but it won't fire, but it turns over fine. When I checked the codes I came up with a code 9 Water thermosensor and 13 Pressure sensor. Would either one of these cause the car not to start? I can smell fuel when I try to start it. I've noticed lately it seemed to start hard and it stalled out the other day in the drive through for no reason. Ant ideas would be helpful I'd really like to leave work today.

I'd guess it's fuel related. Is the fuel pump coming on? Injectors firing?

I don't have a code reader or scan tool. I've just been reading the flashs of the check engine light. check engine light codes

I tried to start the car again before I left work and it started. For a few seconds after it was smoking kinda bad and smelled like unburnt fuel but cleared up. I check the service records on the car and the map sensor was replaced 3 months ago. It there anything else that would cause a code 13? Is that even the map sensor?

Does anyone have any ideas? I ordered a temp sensor but I really don't think its going to solve my problem.
