LOL...winter caps are those fabric caps you pull over to cover your head and ears when it's cold out...it's common to have a sports team logo on 'em nowadays, like NY, etc... also called ski caps? Here's a pic for ya below.

But guys, seriously, I can't stress paying the $7 extra for towing reimbursement on your insurance policy. SEVEN BUCKS! In VA, they can't reimburse me more than $75 a tow, and let me tell you, I've had my cars (FD and FB) towed at LEAST twelve times lol. Heck..for $7 ever 6 months, why not? At first, they doubted that my car was breaking down that often, and were requiring reciepts showing it was actually repaired. Then they just gave up, realizing that I have a POS And the guys who take care of towing reimbursement have nothing to do w/ those who assess your premium (claims vs. agents). So it doesn't affect your premium or anything.

Also, AAA has Plus or Extended coverage, where they'll tow ANY car (yours, or your friend's etc...as long as your at the car) for free for up to 100 miles! It's like $40some a month. Comes in handy when you gotta take the car in to a specialist shop for a rebuild etc. who's far

Winter/ski cap:

Um,I didnt read the whole thread but has taking the front bumper off come to mind? I know many drift cars that must remove the front bumper when ever they are transported.

Have had my FD towed.

Lowered with Racing beat spring.

99 Spec front lip.

Always had a 'regular' tow truck do it with dollies on the rear.

Never had a problem, although getting the lift under the front end required the driver to have the lift scrape on the ground as he backed the truck into position.

Always have had fantastic service.

Have the equivalent of AAA (CAA up here in Canada), and for $100/yr up to 4 tows per year, plus boosts, calls etc well worth it.

Anyways, a flatbed is not always necessary.

As for towing from suspension bits and pieces or a strut bar, go for it, tell us how it went and take pictures. <==== JOKING.
