since it didn't come with a duct i am assuming you got it off of ebay.... one of those XS power intercoolers... search the forsale section for Rx7_Nut13B he is selling ducts for that particular intercooler

You need to search for people with the "XS Power" SMIC and see what they are using.

Im trying to find a replacement duct for my M2 medium (ASP). Talking to Petitt to see if they have anything or can make something to fit it. So far the best fit would be PFS.

What's wrong with your original duct?

I stored the intercooler and duct (working on fitting my Koyo better) in my parents old shed and the roof colapse during a heavy wind/rain storm. Shouldnt have really put it there since that shed was almost ready to go but there wasnt any room in other storage room. Anyways it completey cracked the duct to tiny pieces. My mom through out everything that looked like trash which was the duct.
Now heres my comment to Kevin. Im sure your a great guy but I dont like having to show proof for something I own just to purchase a replacement part. I've never had to do that unless there was something wrong with the item. I can see your worried about someone copying it. Though there are plenty of forum members here that can copy it if they wanted too and sell it, but dont do so out of respect for you for providing a great intercooler.

I'm not worried about you copying it. The ony reason for the policy is so people don't try to use hard to create parts of my kit with crappy knock off cores etc. that people will assume is an ASP and give it a bad name. You might want to talk to your mother about that duct btw. It wouldn't shatter into tiny pieces when crushed as decribed, it would crack and bend, most likely staying in one convoluted shape held together by fiberglass strands. Some of the cracks could seperate entirely but it wouldn't shatter in any case I can think of. Unfortunately not having any kind of a duct left makes it impossible to provide a replacement, sorry.

What more help do you need? You've got the contact info for the guy who sells a duct for XS Power Ebay coolers. You've also got contact info for another guy who makes a replica of the CWR duct.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but intercooler ducts are rather like the caliper brackets on big brake kits. They're typically the only custom part so naturally nobody is real enthusiastic about selling them seperately after they've done all the work to create them. You should've bought one that was a complete kit, not expect folks to sell you half of theirs to "help" you make your own kit.

Here's a pic of the shed that collapsed. I did rig it back up just so my parents could get the stuff out that they needed. I've told my dad on multiple occasions that we should rebuild that right. Sadly, its still in a Mexican hack job state. Oh and for the record I wasnt the one who stored the duct there.
What probably caused it to collapse was the constant rain ( yes rain in El Paso, almost flooding are backyard today and prediction to keep on raining throughout the week) and the weight equiptment my mom put on told of the shed. (shed, **** more like hobo shack.)
