Help with Auto to Manual Conversion

Hey guys, so today I ran my manual harness through the firewall and went to hook up everything to the ECU. So heres the problem, everything is connected to the ECU (yellow plugs) and I have some various plugs left over (big blue male, big white male, medium white female, and more) can anyone tell me what these connect to?? My 7 was automatic and has been converted I still have the automatic dash harness is that why I have the extra connectors? Please help guys and thanks!!

Please utilize the search function, as you are not the first person to try this...

A quick search resulted in several applicable threads. Good luck

I know about the search function I'm not an idiot, I'll take some pics to show what I'm talking about, I couldn't find anything via search that would explain the extra connectors I have lying around.

The manual and automatic harnesses don't match up. You need to get a manual dash harness or modify your auto harness.
