Help about my AST. Is this correct?

Hi guys,

My current AST has 3 nipples on it:
The bottom nipple on my AST is connected to the bottom of my radiator.
The 2nd highest nipple on my AST is connected to the nipple that is next to the radiator cap on the engine.
The highest nipple on the AST which is next to the AST cap is connected to my overflow bottle.

Is this properly installed? I bought the car like this. It cost the previous owner $400 for the AST tank, hoses, fittings and mechanic costs.

Thanks guys
