help

i am trying to finish up mounting everything i can while the motor is on an engine stand. so far very good except i have a blue elect. connector (female) and nothing to plug into it. it is right above the water pump and below the turbo control silenods. it is on the same bundle of wires as the temp sensor. i belive it is the egr connector but would like to know sure before proceeding. any help would be greatly appreciated. sorry about being long winded, thanks craig

Better leave it unplugged! Especially since there is nowhere to plug it.
If you don't have EGR that is....

THE EGR IS ON THE SIDE OF THE LOWER INTAKE, IT HAS A HOSE GOING TO THE UPPER INATAKE, BUT THE EGR DOES NOT HAVE WIRE COMMING OFF THE FRONT IT LIKE THE CALIFORNIA MODEL IN THE SHOP MANUAL. PS. THE INSIDE OF MY INTAKE DID HAVE THE (4) HOSES THAT WOULD BE TYPICAL WITH AN EGR. IS THERE ANY CHANCE I BURIED THE CONNECTOR WHEN I MOUNTED THE VACUM RACK ASSY. THANKS AGAIN FOR ANY HELP

You must not have the Cali EGR valve. Just leave it unplugged.

And take your caps lock off
