Help

My headlights aren't working. I press the retractor button and the headlights come up. The parking lights, inside lights, and turn signals all work. Only when I turn the switch to headlights they don't come up. I thought it might be a fuse, but since they come up with the retractor button I don't think that's it. Maybe something in the wires in the steering column??? Any ideas?

look for a head light fuse but the clutch pedal or where it would be and see what you can find there. Maybe even they both went out at the same time. Try turning on the brights and see what it does.

I checked the headlight fuse in the engine bay and a couple of the ones by the clutch pedal. None were fried. When you turn the lights on and put the high beams on the indicator light comes on for the high beams, but the lights still remain down.

What do you mean when you say the switch is out?
