Help!!

Here is the deal. I have been waiting for a haltech for a month now and i still dont have it! But i have to have my car back up and running by the 15th. This is my delema. I have a streetport intake dp exhaust and non seq, will i be ok this the stock computer for a week or so! I had the injectors flow tested and cleaned and they are flowing more than what they say! What do you guys think, will i be ok? I can also turn the boost down ill just go make a Home Depot boost controler!
TIA
Marc

you MIGHT be ok if you limit the boost to around what the wastegate spring is good for - 7-8 psi

I would just wait....why do you need it on the 15th so badly??

Since this is the FD we are talking about, I wouldnt take any chances and wait. If you have to drive it, lower your boost and drive it like its broke.

I dunno but add a midpipe and fuel pump with really healthy motor and turbos to that and that's my situation pretty soon. The turbos have a ported wastegate and I will do everything I can to limit boost as much as I can but I'm not sure if it is okay. There was actually just a thread about this but there was much doubt about this being okay even at 10psi because of the streetport. We know it will be okay if you baby the car but if you go full throttle at 7 or 8 psi even will it be okay with the streetport?

Someone has to understand enough to answer this for certain.

who the hell did you order your haltech from?

i have ordered about 5 in the past month and have gotten all of them 2 days after i wire the money...
if the injectors are flowing MORE than what they are rated at...you should not have any problem other than running rich. are you using the stock injectors? 550/850's ?
if i am understanding this right...you need to send another car to the repair shop...this is the reason you need the fd back on the road? if so...what is so desperately needed on the "other" car?

I ordered it from Kurgan i think thats his name on the forum! Hes got alot going on in his life, so i kinda understand. They arent flowing much more than stock about 5 cc to 10 cc more! Is the timing gone to be ok, with the port job. As long as i dont blasstomp on it i should be ok, thats what i am thinking! Well the repair shop is my 1 gurage spot and the 1st gen needs alot of work! So 1 spot one car, so i need to get one running and the 3rd gens closer. Even running no boost its still possible for the engine to blow, so i dont know, i just put the old harrness back in, just in case the haltech dosent come tomorrow!! I sure hope it dose cause im starting to get fustrated!

What if i just pulled the hose on the map sensor this would just dump all the fuel it could into the engine than i would hav to worry about fuel, just timing now? Anyone ever try this?
