Hello, need help with electrical problem.
i have a 93 fd and i have a Problem with my gauges they do not work also my turn signals dont work i check the fuses and one of them was blown i replace it but it just blow Again now i dont know what to do. plz help
It sounds like you have a short circuit somewhere. Have you recently messed with the wiring, maybe by installing a boost gauge, turbo timer, or aftermarket stereo? It's possible that you connected something incorrectly.
Do you have larger-than-stock wheels? Is the car lowered? It's possible that your tires rubbed through the plastic fender liner and chewed up some of the wires that run near there (on the driver's side near the fusebox).

1st you have to understand how and why a fuse does what it does, if you don't know what's blowing the fuse or how to go about finding the problem you need to take it to a shop with some worth while troubleshooting skills.

you need to trace the wire to the short. simple as that.
fuses are not in place to protect the accessory.. they are in place to protect the wire. if the fuse didnt blow, then the wire would heat up from too much current and eventually melt and catch fire. if you cannot isolate the short, (a spot where power is traveling from power to ground without enough resistance, ie insulation rubbed off of wire on corner of metal would create a short...assuming it is a positive lead.. anyways...) simply replacing the fuse will not fix the problem. It will just pop either as soon as you install it.. or it will pop the fuse once the car moves and creates the conditions for a short circuit again.
Find what is causing your problem first.
