heats up in 105 temps

i just put in a new radiator and it still gets hot if i keep it above 4 grand the 13b has 15000 miles on it
some one help

Check your T-stat, if it is not opening up it will not let the cooled coolant into the motor to cool the motor. Are your fans operating properly?

105 is very hot.

I see 88-90 even above 4 grand.
